101 Health Tips

Think of advice you can give people to keep healthy. The aim is to reach 101 tips. Add to the list below:

1. Drink 2 litres water a day

2. Eat an apple every day."An apple a day keeps the doctor away"

3. Have breakfast every morning, preferably sitting down!

4. Do exercise at least 3 times a week.

5. Don't eat too much sugar

6. Have a sleep everyday, at least 8 hours.

7. Have some chili with every meal, it will keep you fit. 

8. Eat less in your dinner.

9. Don't eat anything for at least two hours before you go to bed.

10. Be happy

11. Always laugh. It's good for your heart. It doesn't  cost money.

12. Try to ..      morning walk, fresh air is good for your health

13. Have at least 5 meals daily.

14. Have green vegetables. It is good for your eyes.

15. Walk everyday at least 45 minutes.

16. Don't be stressed from thinking about something.

17. Don't eat too much chips and oily food.

18. Drink a warm glass of water when you wake up , it is good to sterilize your stomach.

19. Do some yoga for 15 mns everyday, it is healthy for your spirit and soul.

20. Carrots are useful for eyes

21. Have a spoon of honey everyday, it is good for the stomach.

22. Drink a lot of  green tea.  It's  antioxidant.

23. Don't eat too much red meat.

24. Don't eat  too  much  chocolate.

25. Don't eat  too  much  salt.

26. Laugh 3 times at least every day.

27. Keep away  chargers, e.g. a mobile phone charger. People should be 30-50cm away from them, especial don`t leave them close to bed.

31. Put  medicines in a safe place, out of children's reach

32. Don't drink too many soft drinks 

33. Do not use the mobile phone too much

36. Travel because it relaxes you

42. Don't go on the sun without a hat and sunscreen

43. If someone bothers you, be calm and patient. Don't stress too much.

44. Don't eat a lot of fried meat

46. Don't do too much housework!

47. Teach your children healthy habits (eating & exercise)

49. Don't watch too much TV

50. Don't use too much make up

51. Learn how to read food labels at look for products with less than  25% fat.

52. Write down your shopping list around healthy meals.

53. Do pilates exercises once week.

54. Have you eating are daily foods.

55. Don't worry. Be happy.

56.  Drinking 1.5L water every morning, it is a cure-all. (it cures headaches ,high blood pressure, strokes, obesity.....)

57. Often drink Chinese tea,..  hot bath, put your feet in hot water, this is a recipe for long life.

58. Leave far away from a high power station

61.Don't eat (eat less) fast food. (restaurant .. , take away, shelf food)

68. More than enough is too much.

69. Open the window in the morning, It's goodto breath fresh air.

70.Wash your hands thoroughly before having a  meal.

71.When you cough, cover your mouth with your hand or with a tissue.

72. If you like to eat carrots do not eat too many, because they contain Carotene, if you over eat them your skin will become orange colour.

73.When you read  book, do not lie down on the sofa or bed.

74.Some seafood  can'tbe eaten with fruits and meat, like crab, which can't be eaten with green tea or lamb or pear or fiji fruit. Crab's meat contains high protein and fruit contain some acids, when you eat them together, you may get diarrhea.

74.Women need to take more care of their bones when they're had children.

75.Becareful of being weak when you work hard and get more stresses.

76.In spring if you take some vinegar with warm water every morning, it can protects you against flu.

77. Australia is  quite a dry land, so you need to give your skin more moisturiser.

78.Ask your doctor when you want to take some health food.

79. Kimchi contains vitamin C, it is good for your skin health.

80.Shower every day but if you take a long time in the shower it would make your skin dry.

81.Don't eat the food when it has been kept in  the fridge for a long time.

82.Wakup early in the morning to have  furt breakfast.

83. Clean your teeth after meal.

84. Walk barefoot on the sand. It's good for your feet.
